In 2003, my wife rented a margarita machine for the purpose of family functions, from the local liquor store. I usually worked nights so I was unable, for the most part, to attend a number of functions. I did not know much about the machine or how much it had cost. When I cleaned the machine and returned it to the store; low and behold it was not paid for! After going to a few family functions and going through a couple of margarita machines, I decided that it was finacially wise to purchase my own margarita machine. I knew nothing about the internet and I did not know what to look for exactly, so it seemed like an impossible task. I did not know what would happen if the machine would break down or if it needed coolant or anything, but I knew that with me being mechanically inclined and my father-in-law being wise as to how an air conditioning unit worked; it would not be a difficult task. We had a family renunion coming up and I just knew I would be serving the drinks!

The family reunion came and I loaded the machine onto my truck; she was called "My Girl", a triple margarita machine called Ugolini. I spent hours turning knobs and mixing flavors and finally after what seemed like forever, the margarita machine got cold enough to form ice. All of the family seemed to enjoy the flavorable concoctions. When I looked at the smile on their faces and realized how much they enjoyed the flavors; I knew I wanted to do this for not just them, but everyone. I wanted to start a business that was multi-purpose and made everyone smile. So all that goes to say
